Print Advertising Campaign

The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation approached Ryan/Smith to develop a print advertising campaign to promote its televised 2008 telethon. To give the client a diverse choice, concepts were approached three different ways: the first focused upon the Foundation’s impact within the region (19,000 served); the second focused upon an emotional patient plea for help; the third focused upon a more inspirational message of hope, which was chosen and contributed to the client’s most successful telethon yet. For this campaign, Ryan/Smith designed a series of three ads, adapted to several different formats. We also designed web banners, door and (host) mall signage, donation envelopes and a final thank you ad.
