A member of the Ryan/Smith team since 1999, Hailey has 12 years of public relations, advertising, and marketing experience, and an intimate knowledge of publishing, design, public service identity programs and CP Style. In addition to account direction and project management, Hailey oversees marketing, client relations and human resources, and supports Ryan/Smith’s creative conceptualization, strategizing, copy writing, media buying and quality control. A spirited leader, Hailey inspires creative excellence through client-centric marketing communications direction, engaging brainstorms, and enthusiastic vision.

Hailey graduated with a two-year Public Relations Program diploma from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in 1997, for which she teaches a fall-semester publishing course part-time. Hailey is bilingual (French) at Intermediate I-level.
